    This is the perfect usal recipe. My husband is from Goa and he loves this usal from the local stalls near the temples back in Goa. By far this recipe was the closest to what he enjoyed in goa.

    Very nice recipe, only turmeric qty is missing. Very tasty dish. Available in almost all goan restaurants for breakfast with pav.
