    I’d plucked quite a few kilos of bilimbi off my plant and was wondering what to do with them. Didn’t like the recipe advice I got from the elders around here so I turned to Google for help and Hola!!! I came across your blog. The recipe’s very similar to the Kerala style bittergourd and tamarind pickle we make around here. It was quite easy to follow and the pictures made it even more clear. Went through a few of the other recipes and realised that Goan and Kerala food have a lot in common. :)
    Love your blog, will definitely come back for more .
    I added a few curry leaves and also some dried red chillies before adding the bilimbi otherwisw I’ve stuck to your instructions. The pickle has been a big hit with friends and relatives. Thank you!!
